Fusion Garden (Łódź)

Fusion – is a unique estate on the site of the former Karol Scheibler factory in Łódź, which is a combination of adapted historical and modern buildings. The heart of the complex is a historic, Art Nouveau heat and power plant with a characteristic high chimney and a green square around it. Fusion combines many functions – residential, office, service and cultural.

The complex is located in the city center, in the southern part of Piotrkowska Street – the most famous street in Łódź in Poland.

A modernly furnished apartment located on the ground floor with a garden overlooking the estate. We guarantee the comfort of a perfectly arranged space – the premises have been finished to a high standard under the supervision of an architect. It consists of a living room with an annex, a bedroom and a bathroom with a total area of about 38 m². It is fully equipped (dishes, cutlery, bed linen, towels and decorative elements) that make you feel at home. The kitchen equipment includes: fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee machine, washing machine. There is a TV in the living room. There is an iron, a hair dryer and a laundry dryer.

The apartment is distinguished by a high standard of materials, finishing elements and equipment, in particular household appliances. Among others, Samsung Dual Cook oven, stylish Samsung fridge, with Space Max technology and a built-in water dispenser, Bosch built-in dishwasher, Electrolux built-in washing machine.

Guests of our apartment can use the internal patio located in the building, as well as the entire Fusion complex, in which a common space, garden, playground for children has been arranged. Cyclical cultural events are organized in the Boiler House building, and in the estate sports activities for those willing to participate on weekends. There is a Żabka convenience store on site. In the future, it is planned numerous service outlets, cafes and restaurants within the Fusion complex to be opened.
